Blueberry Sauce
Ingredients
Punnet of blueberries
Butter
Directions
Cook the pancakes in some butter
Add some whole blueberries into wet batter when cooking
Put sauce on it and eat

Ingredients
1 cup self raising flour
Salt
1 tsp bicarb soda
3 tbsp sugar
1 Egg
3/4 cup milk
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp melted butter
1 cup blueberries
Steps
In a bowl put in a pinch of salt, flour (through seive), sugar & bicarb soda
Mix together, add egg into a well in the middle
In its own bowl, add vinegar to milk and slowly mix with dry ingredients
Add butter and mix
Blueberry Sauce
Ingredients
250-300g butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup water
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 punnets of blueberries
Steps
Heat a skillet to medium
Put blueberries in pan
Add water till blueberries are surrounded, not swimming
In a cup, add corn starch and ass soe cold water and stir till it dissolves
Add sugar to now boiling blueberries
Add vanilla essence, lemon zest & lemon juice
Simmer on low & stir gently cook for around 5 mins
Slowly add corn starch mix to sauce
Cook until its as thick as you want. It will thin as it cooks
