Mi Goreng Stir Fry

Serves 4+

Ingredients

  • 1 Fried Chicken, Shredded

  • 5 Packs Mi Goreng

  • Vegetable Oil

  • 1 Cup Frozen Peas

  • 1 Cup Frozen Corn

  • 3-4 Rashers Short Cut Bacon, Diced

  • 1 Diced Brown Onion

  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce

  • 4 Large Eggs, Beaten

  • 200g Shelled and headless prawns (Optional)

Directions

  • Start cooking Mi Goreng noodles according to directions on packet (Don’t add flavor packets). Continue whilst noodles are cooking.

  • Preheat & Oil Wok

  • Sautee Onion & Bacon

  • Once Bacon and Onion is cooked, add eggs and stir until firm (like an omelette)

  • Add Peas, Corn, Chicken & Prawns

  • Strain Mi Goreng noodles and add to Wok, lower heat

  • Whilst mixing noodles add flavor packets, distribute evenly

  • Add Soy Sauce to preference
